We are attempting on this occasion to meet up via zoom. This enables us to all be at home but can see and hear each other
Mark Hancock is the technology expert but all you need to do is click on the link in his email below.
They just need to click on it and accept Audio and will be put into a ‘Waiting room’. Then join by Video (if liked). It should be possible also to do this by phone – smartphone definitely and perhaps by any phone on audio only (though I haven’t actually seen it done).
I will start the Zoom about 10 minutes before so people can get in especially if they are not used to it.
